edding is Germany’s most trusted name in ink. For 60 years, we have been the specialist for marking on almost any surface; known for our broad portfolio of quality products and ink expertise. In 2018 we launched our new technology arm: edding Tech. Our mission is applying our ink expertise to advanced tech to create smart solutions for the digital world. One of our first innovations is edding compact printers. They are the versatile marking solutions for manufacturing – smart, reliable and ready for Industry 4.0. The edding in-line 12 compact printer integrates seamlessly into production lines while the edding 12 portable compact printer is designed for marking away from the manufacturing floor.

We’ve built a team of experts at our head office in Munich and at our offices across Europe and Latin America. We are looking for a new team member to further grow the international business for our exciting and innovative products!

What to expect

  • Working closely with the MD of the business and the international sales team to grow into new market segments and countries
  • Identifying, pursuing and acquiring direct and indirect sales leads  Developing market-access strategies for new global markets
  • Executing the first steps of go-to-market approaches yourselves before putting structures in place for a sustained growth
  • Building strategic partnerships with distribution partners and OEMs (e.g. machine manufacturers)
  • Analysing- and co-ordinating sales activities, developing plans for further improvement
  • Defining bold goals and setting the right KPIs to measure the derived actions

Your qualifications

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical subject
  • Long-standing years of work experience and at least an additional several years as a sales-oriented networker with proven success in developing new markets and partnerships
  • Able to understand production processes and to switch fast between the seller, consumer and producer perspectives
  • Knowledge of marking and coding industry or peripheral industry experiences such as food production, packaging or logistics is appreciated
  • Intrinsic motivated and strong self-organized team player
  • World-citizen and high intercultural awareness as well as excitement for extensive international travel
  • High energy-level and fast thinking entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluency in English and German, additional languages are a plus
