Meeting the mark: demonstrating compliance in the face mask market

Proven to significantly reduce transmission of COVID-19 via small airborne droplets, face masks have become mandatory wear in many countries as part of the first line of defence against the virus. Demand is also being fuelled by growing public recognition of the need to protect against other harmful contaminants in the air, especially among those living with respiratory diseases and allergies. The rest of the world is now following Asia’s example, where for decades people have worn masks to shield against infection spread and pollution.
